New Delhi: In an attempt to cleanse the demons of his past which ended his cricketing career, S Sreesanth, now a dance instructor at a Banaras courtyard, has written an apology letter to the BCCI, requesting them to offer him a new contract that will allow him to play for India again.

“Doesn’t this muffler proves my honesty? Also I have cried like Ashutosh in the past.”

In what is being touted as an ambitious attempt by many senior cricketers and politicians has surprisingly received overwhelming support from Aravind Kejriwal and Digvijay Singh.

“Everyone deserves a second chance. We (AAP) made some mistakes during our first term, now we are a changed party. Like us, Sreesanth deserves another chance to chase his dreams. So what if he sold out his team? I mean look at us.  He too deserves a second chance,” said AAP Chief, Aravind Kejriwal.

Congress Leader, Digvijay Singh said that Sreesanth is the only bowler from India who has the capability of taking all 20 wickets in a single test-match. “He is one of the best in the world. He moves well and has a fit body. What matters is his ability to take wickets. He should be reinstated immediately,” said Digvijay Singh.

The BCCI, however, responded in the most hilarious manner through their official twitter handle which said – “Not even Srinivasan with Thor’s hammer can get you a contract.” They also send out a second tweet which had a condition of reinstatement.

It said: “Restore Nepal to normalcy and bring the dead to life within 48 hours, only then you will be offered a contract”

According to well-placed sources, the tweets were typed by Jagmohan Dalmiya himself.

Sreesanth was unavailable for comments. He is currently trying to communicate with Doctor Emmett Brown who is apparently willing to rent his flying DeLorean Time Machine for a whopping $100000000, a source said.
