KANPUR: Definitely, the point lies in the victory again. Not only has the BJP regained its leader’s home turf Gujarat but also established its saffron flag on Himachal Pradesh too. Its winning stretch is extending from the state after state. It has covered a total of 14 states in three years. It is because of one very important person standing in the name of Narendra Modi which even the party has also endorsed with glowing words.
Nevertheless, the Congress party waited with its subdued breath for bringing change into the saffron. Right now Rahul Gandhi is on a brave self-discovery road to gather confidence.
However, he is sad, depressed and disheartened. His decent feelings are however gut-wrenching. The smart BJP leaders twirled discriminatory discs at him. With enough confidence, he garnered the capability and the guts to turn it around. This happened to some extent in the Gujarat elections. His party’s tally has ably augmented from the previous strength.
It was calculated and listed at the total of 88 seats. The rural people have reposed faith in his freshly acquired presidentship. The Patel’s too have shown extra faith in his youthful struggling stature. In the year of 2012, the Congress got 40.6 percent votes. Its votes have not dropped scrupulously, analysts argued adding that it needed to strengthen its organisational competence in a more vehement way.
If anti-incumbency remained a factor the Congress will make another attempt in states like MP, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
The BJP’s sixth win in Gujarat became reality by playing the poor communal game as has been highlighted by Sitaram Yechuri, a communist leader. Communal polarisation seems to be supportive of the winning party. What had taken place seventy years ago appeared to be repeating? Saffron leaders suitably hiding under its trusted colour has been forwarding on the constant victory path.
