As a fitting rebuff to the forces of reaction who want to build Akhand Bharat (Operation AB), CPM leaders have now decided to revive their grand plans for Comintern (Communist International) with HQ at the only fatherland Moscow.
Party’s polyp Polit Bureau member and Rajya Sabha MP Sitcom Kachauri informed a gathering of journalist that Comintern precedes the idea of AB by many decades and is much larger in scope involving not just the third rate economies of Indian subcontinent but indeed the entire oppressed world including Afghanistan, Gaza and Palestine.
Remembering the great leader and revolutionary Comrad EMS Namboodiripad, Kachauri told Barkha Dutt, Dileep Padgaonkar, Sagarika Ghose, Rajdeep Sardesai and Karan Thapar (who all listened to him with rapt attention) that the noble idea behind Comintern was to establish dictatorship of proletariat in the world. At this stage, probably his voice choked and he started speaking haltingly.
After overcoming the sudden bout of stammering, he damned the Operation AB as unscientific, unrealistic, blatantly communal and doomed-to-fail enterprise. Kachauri narrated the rise and rise of Comintern through tactical alliances during second world war-first with Hitler for fighting Imperialism and then with the British for fighting Fascism.
He paid glowing tributes to revolutionary leaders Lenin and Stalin. Nimble-footedness of the latter in changing tracks in line with the change in character of second world war ensured nobody saw him with his foot in the mouth whereas single-minded devotion of the former towards exporting the revolution to every nook and cranny of the world eventually saw what Marx Dada’s prediction of withering-away of state come true in the form of disintegration of USSR.
