New Delhi. The Government is ready to launch its scheme to counter insurgency & fight terrorism. The scheme is named as PADUKA, i.e. Pandit Dindayal Upadhayaya Kadi Ninda Yojana. The scheme will be launched by the Home ministry. Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be doing the inaugration in a public ceremony. The scheme will provide a forum to every Indian for strongly condemning any attack. And all this can be done very easily , after once downloading the app PADUKA from Google playstore.

The government have released the guidelines for using the app and Aadhar is mandatory for first time registration. The PADUKA scheme was already used in pilot projects like Uri attack and Sukma attack. Plus to this the media may use the old footage of ministers doing Kadi Ninda, after any fresh or new attacks instead waiting for new condemning video response.

Arun Jaitley backed the idea of the PADUKA yojna. He further added this should be considered as an alternative to break silence on cross border attacks. He also said that the Government will not be silent on such attacks and will condemn it strongly. Not only the cross border attacks but terrorist activities within the country will also be condemned.

The opposition have a different narrative for the yojna, they back the idea of the PADUKA yojana. But they do have doubts on Government intention. Firstly why the Governemnat have make Aadhaar mandatory? And secondly so far the app is not available in ios appstore, but most of the oppostiion leaders are using iphone.
