Aadhaar Card now mandatory for cross border infiltration

27, Mar 2017 By gillbates

Central government has asked the all the states with international boundaries to make Aadhaar card a mandatory requirement in order to enter the Indian territory illegally or legally. Centre has suggested this step to curb refugees (seeking a better life) as well as potential terrorists from getting multiple identities.

Showering the new residents with benefits like free Jio net and LPG subsidies would also accelerate the “hriday parivartan” process and would integrate them into the conception of new India in a Gandhian way. It is a part of a series of moves which further strengthen the unique identity movement in India to improve welfare distribution and decrease fraud.

UIDAI has stressed its mission to provide a valid unique ID to all Indians, and citing cases from the past has argued that this move will help in keeping a trace of the entire Indian domestic population regardless of citizenship or intentions. In other news, liberals around the world have hailed this as a fantastic move with a “prospective inclusiveness” in mind.
