Media, politicians unhappy with SC order on Campa Cola

Mumbai. The Supreme Court Order allowing Campa Cola residents to stay on till May 31, 2014 has come as shock to the political parties and the media.

The new channels, headed by superstar Arnab Goswami are unhappy as the Order was not expected today.  “The SC should give us at least a one day notice so that we don’t need to run around in the last minute to reorganize our ‘Tonight at 9’ shows. I am not talking only for the news channel I represent. I represent the view of the nation,” said Arnab.

Milind Deora, a Mumbai based politician, who has just cancelled his holiday, said that they had been involved in the issue as soon as the media got interested. He urged the SC to give a day’s notice to the political parties so that they could plan their holidays, strikes and TV schedules.

While Campa Cola residents are celebrating cautiously, there is a budding actor who is a little disappointed. Ishan (name changed since he stays in Campa Cola), a resident of an ‘illegal’ flat said that he was happy with the SC order but not with the timing.

He said it would have been better if the order had come a day or two later. He said he was missing the air time and was planning to use this platform to showcase his composure in front of the camera to his prospective employers.
