In a strange turn of events, all the political parties have decided to announce Srinivasan as the Father of the nation and also there was specualtion of Meiyappan being announced as the Tambi of the nation.
Soon a new bill will be tabled in parliment and when Faking news spoke to the political leaders, here are the reactions:
Rajiv Shukla: Rajiv Shukla of Indian Polical League (IPL) fame commented “Srinivasan is a fatherly figure to everyone in betting industry and he is the person who is responsible for Indias spectacular show in foreign countries.”
Chidamabaram : Chidu also known as ‘lungi man’ lauded the decision and said “Srini mama is the person who has made India rich, errr, I mean BCCI rich. It is because of his constant performance in BCCI we are able to produce some of the gems of Cricketor like Munaf Patel,Ashish Nehra and Ashoke Dinda”.
Arvind Kejriwal: Backing the decision Delhi’s Ex CM said “Srinivasan is a Aam Admi who took cricket to a new level, Cough Cough!!. But however Kejriwal was not happy with Meiyappan being announced as Tambi of the Nation.Soon Kejriwal decided to call for a Dharna against Meiyappan and the dharna was named as “Towel Dharna”.
Rajagopal: Pepper Spray MP Rajagopal said “He was very happy with the announcement and also declared he will be spraying pepper on all those who opposes Srini mama as Father of nation”.
Azam Khan: “I will support the bill as Srinivasan has promised me to find my buffaloes if they goes missing again”.
Rahul Gandhi: “Srinivasan is a man who has given employment to cricketor like Ashish Nehra,Munaf Patel under MNREGA and soon will be implementing RTI in BCCI.Rahul also appreciated the Women empowerement done by Srinivasan in IPL cheerleader team”.
Digvijay Singh: “Srinivasan has taken Rajiv Awas Yojna to a new level and all the slums are now converted into Cricket stadium”.
Manish Tiwari: “Srinivasan bought a holistic approach to the Cricket and also claimed that Modi is responsible for performances of Parthiv Patel who hails from Gujarat”.
