FN-MFN nationwide survey on—‘For what do people join politics?’

Encouraged by the brilliant insight of a senior Minister in Bihar government that ‘people join police/army only to become martyrs’, FN-MFN analysts undertook a quick nationwide survey of netizens on: ‘For what do people join politics?’. The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS package and the five most significant answers that have emerged from this scientific study are:

1. … to serve their families nation by following the principle of vasudhaiva kutumbhkam , i.e. whole of the earth is for the family. 2. … for getting the maximum FDI for the nation and the family 3. ….to teach proper lessons to the disobedient bureaucrats / judges / businessmen just as schoolmasters admonish naughty children. 4. ….to improve the state of mind of the population so that they ‘Stop complaining and Start living’ 5. …. the only ‘job’ where those selected can choose their pay!

The readers are requested to participate in this survey and choose one of the above shortlisted answers to the Great question: ‘For what do people join politics?’ Needless to add the final answer would have great bearing on the career choices of the youth of this country.
