We all know that we give fake reasons to take leaves. Sick leaves are often imaginary leaves taken to attend parties, take holidays and last but not the least to take get rid of Hangover after attending a late night party.

Here at this company JoGuru, frustrated employees take leaves for random reasons. We went to meet this HR who accepts such insane reasons for taking leaves. He looked fat with his stomach pooping out of his shirt. After asking him about the lame reasons, he arranged his heavy glasses on his nose and said” I have 10 years of experience in HR field and I am fed up of listening to same old reasons for taking leaves. When I joined this company, I had already told employees here to give me spicy reasons to take leave and entertaining reasons to resign. This brings sunshine to my life”.

We had a word with these employees and asked them what all reasons they have made till now which they think were absurd.

Here are some of them:

Ramesh wanted to take a leave to attend engagement of his sister in law and he said he needed to go to Mumbai to watch master blaster Sachin Tendulkar play his Cricket Match.

Gupta who is a travel expert said, “ I took holiday since I couldn’t overcome the shock that my favourite participant from the Big Boss was Evicted”. Umm..he still misses Elli Avram .

Elisha who has just joined JoGuru wanted to attend her best friend’s wedding. She wrote a leave application saying that she was having a nervous breakdown since the set of Comedy Nights with Kapil went on fire and hence needed a day to recover.

The recent most popular reason to take leave was for celebrating Kejariwal’s win at state assembly election.

We suspect this random reason trend from JoGuru could go viral and may hit many big companies.
