New Delhi: Riding on the ABCD 2’s success, the Director of the movie, Remo D’ Souza, has decided to waste no time and get his camera rolling to start working on his new film. This time it’s not going to be a dance oriented movie, but rather it would be a follow on  to one of his previous works starring Jackie Bhagnani.

Jackie Bhagnani’s biggest blockbuster F.A.L.T.U was directed by none other than Remo D’ Souza. The movie attributed its success to a handful of young couples who showed up in theatres simply to make out in empty cinema halls.

F.A.L.T.U came to be known or rather unknown for its take on educational system has now spawned another sequel. The Director claims that the idea of movie, tentatively titled F.A.L.T.U 2- The Re-admission, is inspired by the outrageous 100% cut off list announced by Delhi University and the plot of the movie will deal with students who earned exceptionally high score yet insufficient to cross the cut off list decide to set of their own institute.

Sources close to the film-maker say that although the plot is almost similar to its prequel, the movie will step up in terms of plot twists and shocking cameos.

When contacted, Remo D’ Souza confirmed these reports and said, “Yes, even though the plot is a little bit similar we have some mind blowing cameos and plot twists.”

The film-maker was apprehensive of sharing more details, but when further persuaded he gave in and exclusively revealed to our reporter that India’s current HRD minister and actress Smriti Irani will be making a cameo and play a pivotal role (more or less) in developing the plot further.

He added, “She will be playing the role of a aspiring politician who will be helping the students set up a fake college in the sequel. The college in this movie will be called Y.A.L.E  ( Yahaan AccheDin Lelo Engineering) Institute leading her to earn the position of Education Minister, and accomplishment  which will not go down well with her  detractors who will later embroil  her in a controversy concerning her qualification.”

The film-maker further mentioned that the team  consulted Balaji Telefilms head honcho Ms. Ekta Kapoor for script consultation to which she gave her precious inputs.

Sources close to her studio stated that the plot will take a mind blowing twist when Smriti Irani will disappear on the second Act of the movie only to reappear again as another character after a plastic surgery only to reoccupy her position as the HRD minister.

The movie includes the cast from the prequel as Jackie Bhagnani mentions that he was free to do this movie since he is doing nothing worthwhile anyway, and he expects this movie to turn into another Dhoom like brand and him being the next Uday Chopra of this franchise.

Although the production of the not-so-awaited sequel is set to go on floors within couple of months, there has been no confirmation yet from the HRD Minister Smriti Irani as we are  told by her Department that she is busy setting up more IIT’s outside India , the next branch being in Uganda. The institute is almost set to be commissioned. The admission to IIT Uganda requires local students to score 100% in Sanskrit and memorise the dialogues of the character ‘Baa’ from first 100 episodes of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
