After Maria Sharapova shocked the world by revealing that she doesn’t know who Sachin Tendulkar is, Justin Beiber has dropped another bomb on Indians around the world saying he doesn’t know anyone named Anu Malik.
Justin Beiber in an exclusive interview with Faking News, when asked about his opinion about Anu Maliks’s songs, said “I know AR Rahman sir but I don’t know any Anu Malik.” This has sparked off anger among Anu Malik fans who have decided to hold a “dharna” in front of Justin Beiber’s house which will be led by Arvind Kejriwal. The Congress have claimed this is a ‘disgraceful’ attempt by AAP to capture the votes of Indian Idol viewers across the country.
“This is blasphemy. Anu sir’s ‘Uchi Hai Building’ has inspired me to take the stairs everyday. Due to his wise words I have been able to maintain my weight at 110 kgs.” claimed one fan.
Another fan, Dudeshwar Singh, condemned Justin Beiber for the incident. He said, “After listening to the hit song ‘Baby’ I immediately went online to search which hot female singer had sung the song. I was so disappointed when I found of it was Justin Beiber. But even then I downloaded his song via torrent. But this incident will force me to delete his song from my Zune MP3 player. I will no longer be a Belieber.”
Chappu chaiwala, a tea stall owner in Churchgate, claimed that Anu Malik’s songs had help his business grow. “After the release of Anu ji’s hit song ‘Ek Garam Chai ki Pyali’ my business had doubled. I have written a letter to Anu ji asking him to write another song about chai so that my business can grow further.”
Justin Beiber’s comments has not only sent shock-waves around the Indian Idol fan base, but it has also created deep unrest amongst India’s political class. Dr. Harsh Vardhan, the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, also criticized Justin Beiber’s comments. “Justin Beiber’s songs make one prone to having sexual relations while Anu Malik ji’s songs teach people abstinence. Anu ji’s songs have created a balance in today’s cheap world. The moral values that each Indian needs to have can only be passed through Anu ji’s songs and his constant appearances on Indian Idol.”
The C.B.I. have already given a clean chit to Justin Beiber in this regard. We tried to contact Mr. Anu Malik but he was preoccupied with making fun of contestants paid by the producers to act dumb at the Indian Idol auditions.
