New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Rajesh Kumar who has a remarkable history of getting his faulty MTNL services restored launched a firm to provide consulting services for helping the MTNL complainants in getting their grievances addressed when he finally hit the bull’s-eye on Thursday when his services were restored in record time.
“I used to suffer almost every quarter and used to haggle with the MTNL babus for weeks before the fault was rectified.” said Rajesh with a hint of gleam in his eyes remembering his struggle. Being a true Anna supporter Rajesh never even thought of bribing the MTNL babus to get his work done. With time and experience he now devised a mantra to get it done in the shortest time possible.
“We have come up with a sequence of procedures which if followed service restoration is guaranteed in an optimum amount of time. We have currently introduced 2 services – DIY (Do It Yourself) where we mention a step by step procedure the complainants should follow and WDIFY (We Do It For You) where our executives follow it up with MTNL on the complainants’ behalf.” said Rajesh proudly at the opening ceremony of his new office opposite Dwarka Sector 6 MTNL Sanchar Haat.
To make the services more attractive they have kept their starting fees at a mere 25% of the current asking price of the MTNL babus. They have plans to extend their services for getting grievances addressed at other public departments in the future.
