Bengaluru. Today in a much-anticipated move leading IT companies decided to provide nomination facility to applicants. According to our sources applicants can now nominate their legal heir to accept job offer if it is received after attaining 60 years of age or sad demise.
This decision came after uproar about the incident few months back when Mr. Sharma received his joining letter after getting retired from another firm. We talked to Mr. Sharma who expressed joy over this decision. He said its feel like his hard work during graduation has paid now and his son will able to start his career as Software professional.
Mr. Sharma Junior was delighted after this news but maintained that he will sit in recruitment process for other IT Companies to secure future of his children.
We also talked to Head HR of one such company who explained how these offers are rolled out on the basis of business requirement. She told that Mr. Sharma was hired on the basis of future requirement and was immediately called when it arises. She also bragged about her company’s ability to forecast human resource demand for next 50 years.
In a joint press conference, CEOs of these companies reiterated about ethical foundation on which these companies are established and indicated that current developments will only reinforce it.
